GROUP BLOCK INFORMATION

Housing Policies & Procedures (For Group Blocks of 10 or More Sleeping Rooms)

The following policies and procedures apply to the official APSS hotels for the SLEEP 2011 25th Anniversary Meeting, June 11-15, 2011, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

All group blocks of 10 or more sleeping rooms require written approval from the APSS. E-mail William Wallis at wwallis@aasmnet.org to submit your request. Approval is required prior to making reservations with the SLEEP Housing Bureau. All requests must include:
1. Date of arrival and departure
2. Number of rooms required
3. Preferred location
After receiving approval from the APSS, arrange your company’s accommodations with the SLEEP Housing Bureau. You will be asked to provide a credit card deposit to hold the reservation.
Reservations may be made beginning in early 2011. Visit www.sleepmeeting.org for further information.
Any cancellations after May 11, 2011, will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee.
